• Instruction in Self-care techniques that individuals can apply at home to enhance the benefit of treatment provided by an Arvigo Practitioner
• Abdominal soft tissue minipulation focused on aligning pelvic & abdominal organs
• Consult focused on lifestyle changes
• Additional techniques to complement the Arvigo Techniques according to individuals needs
• Set aside two hours for this first Consult & Treatment session

Additionally, herbal remedies and other natural products are available that may enhance the effect of The Arvigo Technique TM treatment and may be indicated based on the lifestyle consult.

FOLLOW-up Treatment

Follow-up care depends on individual goals and results. We will work with you, to ensure your individual health care needs either through Arvigo Techniques TM or referral to additional health care providers when necessary to achieve your goals. Each follow-up visit consists of one hour of treatment time, unless a longer session is recommended by practitioner.
